Who Am I?
About Me
Born in Perth, I spent much of my youth in the Chinese Territory of Hong Kong, growing up embedded in its multicultural way of life. Since then, I’ve always been a creative person; I just wasn’t sure where it would take me.
After returning to Australia for high school and tertiary education, I chose to study at Murdoch University, majoring in Graphic Design and Photography. This is where I started to figure out what I wanted to be.
At Murdoch, I discovered the type of creative I could become. In Photography, I developed a strong passion for photo documentary, capturing the stories of people around me and around the world. In Graphic Design, I found enjoyment in crafting visual identities, layout design, and brand-focused creative work that communicates with clarity and intent.
As a professional, I carry this same passion into event photography and design. I’ve photographed events for clients such as Murdoch University, Kulbardi Aboriginal Centre, Perth Baseball Club and the OCD Western Australia Foundation, while also supporting organisations and individuals with design projects ranging from promotional materials to brand assets.
So whether you’re looking for someone to photograph your event, exhibition, workshop, or someone to create thoughtful and effective design work, feel free to reach out to have a chat.
